Anabantoids breathe oxygen in the water through gills, they also breathe atmospheric oxygen through lung-like labyrinth organs. In order to breathe atmospheric oxygen, they frequently come to the water's surface. It looks so nice when they do that. In the family of Anabantoids, there are 34 different species. They have different shapes and sizes as well as colors and patterns. They can be as small as 20 mm and as big as 60 cm.
